Chapter President P. Weston

Greetings, Sorors, and Friends!

Welcome to the virtual home of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc., East St. Louis Alumnae Chapter. It is my pleasure to serve as the president of the East St. Louis Alumnae Chapter (ESLAC). With more than 250 members, we are poised and committed to carry on the legacy of Founders as we meet the needs in St. Clair and Madison County communities.

Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization founded on January 13, 1913 by 22 college women on the campus of Howard University in Washington, D.C. and is committed to public service with a primary focus on the Black community and to the constructive development of its more than 200,000 members.

Since our chapter’s chartering in 1942, as the first Greek-letter organization for fraternities and sororities in East St. Louis area, ESLAC has led the way in exemplifying our National Five Point Programmatic Thrust:
